Returns – Terms & Conditions
At Nicora, we kindly ask that you choose carefully when making your purchase. We do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect fit.
Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. A refund may only be considered if the item was incorrectly advertised or deemed faulty at the time of dispatch.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be in its original packaging with original tags attached (where applicable).

Clear photographs of the fault or issue must be emailed to us within 4 business days of receiving your order.
Please do not return your purchase to the original manufacturer. Nicora cannot guarantee purchases made outside of our store and we are not affiliated with any third-party companies.
Refund Process (If Applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email confirming receipt. We will also advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds may be issued via credit card, PayID, Osko, or cash, depending on the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Accessories and cosmetics are strictly non-refundable due to safety, wellbeing, and hygiene policies.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We will replace or exchange items if they are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or faulty. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For returns valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Nicora Boutique cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
